What We Do
The Maryland Multi-Housing Association's Leasing Training Academy (LTA) is a comprehensive workforce development program designed to prepare individuals for successful careers in the multifamily housing industry. Through hands-on training, industry-focused education, and professional development, the LTA equips aspiring Leasing Professionals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed.
In partnership with community organizations and multifamily property management companies, the LTA recruits, trains, and connects career-ready individuals with employment opportunities throughout Maryland. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates receive dedicated job placement assistance through our growing network of employer partners.
Best of all, the LTA is offered at no cost to participants or employers seeking qualified leasing talent.
